Step onto the Reformer for a full-body, sculpting workout designed to tone, strengthen and align your body with purpose. In this session, we’ll move through dynamic, precision-based sequences that engage core, glutes, legs, arms and back — with a focus on control, alignment and mindful strength. Expect a warm-up that wakes your body, then a progression of movements using the reformer’s resistance to build lean muscle, improve posture and upgrade your body awareness. The class finishes with a cool-down that restores length and flexibility so you leave feeling strong, aligned and ready for the day. Suitable for: Intermediate – all-levels who have some reformer experience and are ready for a pace that challenges strength and form. Beginners are welcome but it’s ideal if you’ve done a few reformer classes or had a 1:1 session prior.

Barre BURN

Mat-Work Pilates
