Located in Hervey Bay, Studio Lifewave is more than just a Pilates studio; it’s a welcoming community designed to inspire and empower people to move better.
We believe Pilates is for every body, no matter your age, fitness level or experience. Whether you’re taking your first step into Pilates, returning after injury, wanting to improve mobility, or looking to build strength and fitness, our experienced instructors are here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Our focus is on quality movement, correct technique and creating a positive environment where progress is celebrated. Through Reformer Pilates, Mat-Work Pilates, Barre, Circuit Pilates and specialised classes, we help you improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing.
