Coming off the waitlist into a class

What to expect when a place becomes available and you're moved into the class.

Someone cancels, a place frees up, and the waitlist does its job. What happens next depends on how that class's waitlist is set up — but in every case you'll hear from us.

If you're booked in automatically

This is the most common setup. The next person in line moves into the class without lifting a finger, and we let you know. Treat that message as a real booking: the class is now in your upcoming bookings, whatever pays for it has been used, and the usual cancellation window applies from that moment.

If the spot is offered to everyone

Everyone on the list is told at the same time and the first to take it gets it. Only people on the waitlist can claim that place, so you're not competing with the whole studio — but you are competing with the others waiting. Open the class and book as soon as you see the message.

If we fill it by hand

Some classes we allocate ourselves, so we can be fair about who has been waiting longest or who missed out last time. You'll hear from us directly if the place is yours.
