Located in Hervey Bay, Studio Lifewave is more than just a Pilates studio; it’s a welcoming community designed to inspire and empower people to move better.

My bookings or classes aren't showing

How to refresh the app and confirm you're on the right studio and location.

An empty list is nearly always one of three things: the app needs a refresh, you're looking at a different studio, or you're looking at a different day or location. Here's how to check each.

Work through these

Pull down to refresh

Swipe down on the list. The app fetches the latest from us — this fixes it most of the time.
Check which studio you are on

The studio name is at the top of the Studio tab. If it is not Studio Lifewave, switch back to us — your bookings with us only show while our studio is selected.
Check the date

The timetable opens on today. If you are looking for next week, move the day selector or use the calendar.
Check the location

If we run more than one location, make sure you are not filtered to one you do not attend.
Close the app fully and reopen it

Not just backgrounding it — swipe it away and start it again.
Log out and back in

The last resort, and it clears up anything left stale. A one-time code gets you back in without needing your password.

Still nothing?

The class already ran

Past classes move out of upcoming bookings and into your history.

The class was cancelled

If we cancelled it, your booking was cancelled too — check for a message from us.

You are on a second account

Signing up twice with different emails is easy to do. Check which address you are signed in as.

It was booked on another profile

A class booked for a family profile shows under their name, not yours.
