I can't sign in
Common causes and fixes, including password reset and one-time-code login.
Almost every sign-in problem comes down to one of four things. Work down this list and you'll usually be back in within a minute.
Try these, in order

Check the email address
Use the address you originally signed up with. A newer work or personal address will not find the account, and neither will a typo.

Sign in with a one-time code instead
This sidesteps the password entirely. Choose to have a code emailed to you, then type in the six digits. If the code arrives, your account exists and your email address is right.

Reset your password
If you would rather keep using a password, request a reset link and set a new one.

Make sure you are on the right studio
If you can sign in but nothing looks familiar, you may be looking at a different studio. Switch back to Studio Lifewave from the Studio tab.
Specific messages
“Invalid credentials”
The email and password do not match an account. Try a one-time code — if that works, reset the password.
The code says expired or invalid
Codes last 10 minutes and allow three attempts. Request a fresh one and enter it carefully.
No email arrives at all
Check junk, confirm the address, and wait a minute before asking again. If nothing comes, the account may be under a different address — ask us.
You signed up but cannot get in
Try the reset link. If your account was created with a one-time code, you may never have set a password at all.
